We only scan minors and collect data or information from them with the prior consent of their parent or legal guardian. By providing your consent through the method specified by us, you confirm that you are of legal age and are the parent or legal guardian of the minor being scanned. If we determine, at our sole discretion, that the necessary consent or authority has not been properly obtained, we reserve the right to refuse the scanning process and/or reject any associated order without liability to the Customer.

Children Under the Age of 16：

The Avatte Website is not intended for use by children under the age of 16. Individuals under 16 are prohibited from providing any information to or on the Avatte Website. We do not knowingly collect Personal Information (as defined below) from children under 16. If you are under 16, do not use or provide any information on this website, register on the platform, make purchases, or share any details about yourself, such as your name, address, phone number, email, or any screen or username.
